20 rubber vulcanizing machines,
and can independently produce 450 tons of rubber products per month.
 

Proportioning process

We have technical engineers with more than 20 years of
rubber mixing experience are responsible for the ingredients,
using a scientific and reasonable formula to precisely control
the content of natural rubber to ensure the stability of the product.
 

Rubber mixing

We have workers who has many years of rubber mixing experience
to operate it to ensure the chemicals uniform and rubber products stable. 
 

Vulcanization technology

We use timers to accurately control the vulcanization time of rubber to ensure that the products are fully vulcanized so that the finished products have more toughness and compressive strength. Adequate vulcanization time is the guarantee for a smooth and beautiful wheel chock surface.
 

Products checking

We have meticulous, strict and responsible quality inspectors, 
adhering to the principle of"quality first",
they will strictly control the quality and ensure that
the wheel chocks are qualified before packaging and warehousing.
