20 rubber vulcanizing machines,
and can independently produce 450 tons of rubber products per month.
 

Proportioning process

using a scientific and reasonable formula to precisely control
the content of natural rubber to ensure the stability of the product.
 

Rubber mixing

We have workers who have many years of rubber mixing experience
to operate it to ensure the chemical's uniform and quality are stable. 
 

Vulcanization technology

We use timers to accurately control the vulcanization time of rubber to ensure that the products are fully vulcanized so that the finished products have more toughness and compressive strength. Adequate vulcanization time is the guarantee for a smooth and beautiful kerb ramp surface.
 

Products checking

We have meticulous, strict and responsible quality inspectors,
